JO Social Branding 2015 business goalsThe end of the year is upon us. As we close out one year and leap into another, not only is it time for reflection, it is a time to make some resolutions to guarantee a profitable New Year.

Question: Did you partake in Small Business Saturday in November? It seems the push to shop local was larger than ever this year.

If you did take part, how did you inform your audience of your promotions? Did you have practices in place to capture new clientele’s contact information that strolled into your business?

Which brings me to my point. Let’s start the New Year off right and develop (or further build) your contact list. You won’t need it just for the December holiday season.

A contact list is a great valuable, resource to help you stay in touch with your old and new friends all year long.

Even if you don’t have email marketing (yet), you should have some practice in place to start capturing that contact information when you do. Developing a contact list takes time and patience. Why not start now?
